An Online Course (still in the making)
I´ve been working on the online offering: “Shadow Work and the Enneagram - an online course” since 2022. When ready, this course will cover the basics of the Enneagram of the Personality Types: the symbol, the history, the arrows, the three centres - and of course we’ll dive deep into understanding the 9 types. We will also explore the lesson each archetype carries for all of us.

The Enneagram and the 9 personality types
The Enneagram is a much used system in personality typology, based on 9 archetypes. To get to know and study your personality type is a great starting point for inner work. I've worked with the Enneagram since 2017, and it has taught me SO MUCH about myself - and of human psychology in general.
The traditional way to get to know your Enneagram type is to get help from a certified Enneagram coach. There are also both simple and advanced tests online. Alternatively, you can find your type by numerology and start exploring from there.
